Cooling System and Instruments Mounting the radiator. I fabricated 2 box's to set the 4 core radiator in. Angled them about 60 degrees so the radiator would tilt forward. The radiator insulators that the actual radiator rests on is cut from big rig mud flaps and will be glued to the metal mount.

Then I made up some bracing for the top mounts. A battery box was made from angle iron and mounted. I also put in a main battery switch next to the drivers seat.

I decided to mount the dash and cut 2 uprights out of 1.25 tubing. Installed some flat stock for mounting brackets. Then I cut a rectangular piece of .25 aluminum diamond plate. I cut holes for guages and switches on the drill press. Then proceeded to mount and install the guages and switches...
