And now continued building. The hinges for the aileron\flap are installed and CA'd into the precut slots. Some light oil was put on the hinge pin to prevent the CA from getting into the hinge pivot.

Below shows the hinges being pinned with toothpicks so they won't pull out. A small hole is drilled on each side of the hinge. Then the toothpick is installed, CA'd and cut of flush.

Above the servo's were installed in the wing section. Hitec HS-81 servo's were used. The opening for the sevo's had to be slightly enlarged. I'll also need 2 servo extensions(12 inch).

Below shows the covering removed from the horizontal stabilizer at the rear of the fuselage. The covering was removed and epoxied in place. Care must be taken for proper alignment with the fuselage. SHOWN BELOW: I screwed up with the horizontal stabilizer. I was suppose to install the elevator halves connector at the same time as the horizontal stabilizer was installed. SOOoooo, I had to dig out a little bit of the fuselage to properly install it.

Above shows the screwup with the pivot. Below shows the correctly installed stabilizers and elevator connector/pivot You can see where I had to dig out a small portion of the fuselage behind the horizontal stabilizer to install the pivot/connector.
