Brakes Final Hook Up and Modifying Rear Aluminum!!!!
I put an adjustable proportioning valve from Summit Racing so I could adjust the front/rear brake bias from the drivers seat. Thats to keep the rear brakes from locking up before the front brakes. Also at the brake line "tree" that splits between front and back brakes I used a 10 psi residual pressure(Wildwood) valve to keep the brake lines slightly pressurized to keep pressure on all brake seals(prevents leaks) and for pedal feel. Also a brake light switch is in the "tree". Next is filling and bleeding the brake system and checking for leaks......

Here's some behind the dash wiring and the trans shifter cable hookup.....

Of course one has to have a tach(Summit Racing). I also enlarged the openings on the rear cockpit aluminum for better clearance of the wires and cables....

I used a piece of 1.5 in tubing to bend the final brake line around for connection from the "tree" to the master cylinder.....

Now its just final touches and wait on the headers. They are coming from Speedway Automotive. They're a set of weld up headers and should work well.......

I made up and welded some front motor mount braces. Also the neutral safety start switch wiring was hooked into the shifter.

Then its gas and oils and a test run....Once I do a coupla test rides, its tear it all apart and sandblast the frame and painting... Then reassemble everything......
