Well, here it is. The final last months testing pics. We started water testing the CAT at the beginning of APRIL 1,1999. And ended on MAY 4, 1999. We have been using a POLAROID camera for pics, but it proved worthless for the on water tests. SOOOooooo, we switched to a 35mm Minolta for the final pics. My daughter is the photographer. Blame her if they're a little blurry.... She wasn't use to the speed of the CAT or the MINOLTA camera. First few pics are with the POLAROID
These pics are with the POLAROID at the LAKE MEAD base. Its called SWALLOW COVE and is a secluded part of LAKE MEAD. On the NEXT page will be the 35mm photos. But, this will give you an idea as to the running parameters we are dealing with....
Test site of the run. My 26 foot SeaRay is side-tied to shore Everything we need is off loaded, including fire wood and the CAT!
The LAKE is very calm today. Lake Mead can get 5 foot swells when the wind pics up. Even the coves can get churned up. Here is a peaceful evening.
Here's part of the crew. Swabbies!!!
Chowing down before launch!
Here's a friend, BRUCE, NOT the B H HANSON BRUCE, launching the CAT!
Now on to the KOOL photos!!!!
