Mounting the 3rd Member/Swing Arms, Trans n Motor Mounts Part 3 I continue designing and building custom brackets. A floor drill press and hole saws are a must for clean cuts and fabrication.

The rear end is aligned and locked into place.

My welding still needs improvement!

My brother points out a bad bend in one of the swing arms... I will pull it off and tweak it for correct alignment....

Below is the re-tweaked front upper left rear swing arm.

Pulling the motor/trans and complete welding is next..... Much gusseting, reinforcement, triangulation, plating is needed on everything to strengthen ALL tubing and joints, including suspension. My thoughts are now turning to rims, tires and the front end. I would like to have the major components completed before before June 2006.
